We have been working very hard to ensure that our Maximus team is safe, but can still service the needs of enrollees and Medicare Health plans. We would encourage Medicare Health Plans to continue to use our online portal for case file submissions, which is secure and is available 24 hours a day. The portal is available at The user guide is available within the option for “QIC Appeals Portal.” Additionally, our mailroom is open and we continue to send out acknowledgement letters, decision letters, and all other correspondence related to appeals.
